Praised for her immaculate and fun handwriting, Molly has always loved labeling and crafting things for family and friends. Molly is your head crafter, mocking up all your dream lettering, bringing the content and the design to all our pieces. She is also your organization guru, there is no spreadsheet or amount of to do lists that would could stop her. On your big day there is no better person to add the little touch ups or wrangle a timeline.
Although now we have leveled up our signage and décor as a team - addressing envelopes is still one of her favorite things!
Maddie Anderson
Co-Founder & Lead Marketer
Maddie is the queen of all things DIY and marketing for Three Dots Designs. When any of us has an idea or sees some DIY inspiration, Maddie is the first to roll up her sleeves and figure it out. When she is not educating the team on Tik Tok trends, she is usually covered in glue and gems to put the finishing touches on each one-of-a-kind jacket we make.
As one of the first customers of the original Three Dots Designs, she supported Molly's doodles and calligraphy from day 1. When it came to testing the business's legs, she was a puzzle piece fit for Molly, and today's Three Dots Designs was born.

Although Kyle was roped into the business by marriage [to Maddie], his passion for woodworking, building, and copywriting is fueled by Three Dots Designs. He may not always be front and center at weddings, shows, or social media content, but his behind-the-scenes contributions make Three Dots Designs what it is today.
